Then Jesus declared, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty."

You’re Healed by Faith
In the Bible there are scripture upon scriptures that tell you about healing, this is because God wants you to receive your healing and you need it.

I just saw a commercial that was talking about a boy who did the same things every day, that sounds to me like he found what works and set a routine. Then, one day, doctors told his mom that He has autism; that really does not mean that he has autism, what it means is they want him to start confessing and living like he has autism. But even autism can be healed, gotten rid of; he just needs to know God’s word about it.

Ya see, just because a doctor or some ‘specialist’ tells you that you have something doesn’t mean that you have it, you don’t have to repeat what they said and you sure don’t have to own it.
“He said, “‘If you will listen carefully to the Lord your God and do what he considers right, if you pay attention to his commands and obey all his laws, I will never make you suffer any of the diseases I made the Egyptians suffer, because I am the Lord, who heals you,’” (Exodus 15:26 GOD’S WORD Translation).
From that you might get the idea that God makes you sick, but that’s not true and I’ll tell you why. Have you ever noticed that the devil was not mentioned, nothing was attributed to the devil, from Genesis chapter 2 until the New Testament; that was simply because they thought that God destroyed the devil when Adam fell, but He didn’t. So, in truth, if they didn’t obey God just simply lifted His hand of protection. I heard a sermon once about God’s protective umbrella. As long as you stand with Him under that umbrella you wouldn’t get wet, but when you get out from under that umbrella you will get wet. Makes sense.

Anyway, everywhere Jesus went, whether He laid hands on someone for healing, spoke the word, was touched for healing or whatever He always attributed healing to the faith of the one asking,
“He said, “‘If you will listen carefully to the Lord your God and do what he considers right, if you pay attention to his commands and obey all his laws, I will never make you suffer any of the diseases I made the Egyptians suffer, because I am the Lord, who heals you,’” (Matthew 8:13 Contemporary English Version).

“Just then Jesus turned around and looked at her and said, “‘My daughter, be encouraged. Your faith has healed you.” And instantly she was healed!’” (Matthew 9:22 The Passion Translation).
So, when someone lays hands on you in Jesus’ name for healing, prays for you and tells you to receive your healing, they are acting out of love. They may be putting out some faith but it is by your faith that healing will manifest in your life. So, how do you act upon your faith for your healing? Don’t say what the doctor or anyone says unless they are saying that you are healed. Remember that boy that they said had autism. He has a choice; he can either go along with those who made that damning confession, and he would only get worse, or he can rebel again that negative talk and turn to God’s word of faith.
“Jesus was deeply moved with compassion toward them. So he touched their eyes, and instantly they could see! Jesus said to them, “Your faith has healed you.” And all the people praised God because of this miracle. And the two men became his followers from that day onward,” (Matthew 20:34 The Passion Translation).
